Welcome to the Cayman Culinary Society website. Formed in 1989, The Cayman Culinary Society (CCS) is an organisation of professional Chefs and Food & Beverage personnel whose aim is to promote the Cayman Islands Food & Beverage Industry.

The 32nd Annual Culinary Society Trade Show and Competition will be held October 27th-29th, 2026 at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman.

The CCS Culinary Awards of Excellence & Trade Show is rapidly approaching and we are pleased to offer our vendors an opportunity to exhibit at the 2026 show.

This year’s event will be held at The Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman from October 27th to 28th 2026, Trade Show and Medal Awards Ceremony will be on October the 28th 2026, with the Gala Dinner and Key Awards on October 29th 2026.

The Out of the Kitchen dinner which will feature Chefs from Caymans top Restaurants cooking tableside, with each Chef hosting a private table for 15-20 guests.

The 2025 Trade Show was a great success and exhibitors overwhelmingly expressed great satisfaction with the show and the attendance.  Likewise, the attendees expressed delight in the food and Wine tasting booths and the number and quality of exhibitors, and eagerly look forward to the next show.
