The 26th Annual Culinary Society Trade Show and Competition

The annual Cayman Culinary Competition and Out of the Kitchen Dinner took place at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman.

The Competition (preliminaries) was held on the 10th of October 2016
The Trade Show and Chef Finals on 11th of October 2016
Out of the Kitchen will be on 12th October 2016

As you know this event features the island’s top Chefs preparing their own menu’s at the table. This year we have again partnered with Slow Food South Sound who will be linking the dinner to their ARK of TASTE programme.
