Welcome to the Cayman Culinary Society website. Formed in 1989, The Cayman Culinary Society (CCS) is an organisation of professional Chefs and Food & Beverage personnel whose aim is to promote the Cayman Islands Food & Beverage Industry.

The 27th Annual Culinary Society Trade Show and Competition was held on October 24-26, 2017 at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman.

Tuesday, 24th October, 2017: Competition (preliminaries)

Thursday, 26th October, 2017: Out of the Kitchen Dinner Awards
