Welcome to the Cayman Culinary Society website. Formed in 1989, The Cayman Culinary Society (CCS) is an organisation of professional Chefs and Food & Beverage personnel whose aim is to promote the Cayman Islands Food & Beverage Industry.
The 21st Annual Culinary Awards of Excellence Competition was held on October 25-27, 2011 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Grand Cayman.
