Welcome to the Cayman Culinary Society website. Formed in 1989, The Cayman Culinary Society (CCS) is an organisation of professional Chefs and Food & Beverage personnel whose aim is to promote the Cayman Islands Food & Beverage Industry.

The 29th Annual Culinary Society Trade Show and Competition was held October 2nd-4th 2023 at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman. Trade Show and Medal Awards was held on October 3rd, 2023, with the Out of the Kitchen Gala Dinner and Key Awards on October 4th, 2023.
