Welcome to the Cayman Culinary Society website. Formed in 1989, The Cayman Culinary Society (CCS) is an organisation of professional Chefs and Food & Beverage personnel whose aim is to promote the Cayman Islands Food & Beverage Industry.

The 28th Annual Culinary Society Trade Show and Competition will be held October 28th to 30th  2019 at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman. Trade Show and Medal Awards will be on October the 29th, 2019, with the Out of the Kitchen Gala Dinner and Key Awards on October 30th, 2019.
